“Catalyst” Series

  • Graduate student, Wu Yiduo, 26, doesn’t let anything or anyone stand in her way. Obstacles are just a minor inconvenience. Her father aptly nicknamed her, “Little Firecracker.” Engaged to an up-and-coming financial analyst, Yiduo is smart, beautiful, and accomplished - she has it all! That all changes, however, when she decides to go undercover in her father’s technology factory – Catalyst Industries, to find out who’s been stealing company secrets. As she learns about the lives and work conditions of her fellow employees, she finds ways to improve their conditions and make work life better for them, all while hunting down the spies stealing company information.

“Mankai”

  • Kenji Tatsuda can't seem to get anything right. He fails to place in a popular sushi contest, his girlfriend leaves him and his businessman father only sees him as a loser. But his love for sushi and his creative way of making it, gets him a job offer in America with George Kaufman, a widowed Jewish deli owner in New York. Can these two make a go at it and transform the deli into a sushi restaurant?

  • Holy relic, forgery, or art masterpiece?  In the 21st century, the Shroud of Turin is as much an enigma today as it was more than two centuries ago when photographer, Secondo Pia took the first photographs as it was displayed in the Cathedral of Turin. Modern technology has not been able to prove or disprove its authenticity.  The Weaver is the story of who might have woven the cloth and why, as well as how it might have become the burial cloth of the man we know as Jesus, the Christ.

  • Struggling to relate to his new woman boss, a computer nerd creates an app based on advice to watch Chinese dramas for help, but instead the app turns his life upside down, forcing him to grow and change as he navigates a new world of romance, heartbreak and intrigue. 

“Gila Bend” Series

  • Pilot Episode: “Saving Grace”

    When a small southwestern Native American tribe hires environmental attorney, Julie Ralston, to investigate and potentially defend against an aggressive buyout of reservation and local land, they get more than they bargained for. Julie’s tormented by the past she can’t escape and an uncertain future which doesn’t align with her original career goals. Her suggestion that the tribe and town work together to bolster the case reawakens a bitter rivalry between Julie’s high school sweetheart, now Tribal Chairman and Gila Bend’s mayor. However, they must all agree to work together to save what’s left of the town and reservation or be prepared to live under the new ownership of a mysterious corporate conglomerate.
